|2022 VLSI-TSA Goes Hybrid

The 2022 International Symposium on VLSI Technology, Systems and Applications (VLSI-TSA) will be held on April 18-21, 2022 at the Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu, Taiwan. Organized by Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and technically co-sponsored by IEEE, VLSI-TSA is proud to create an annual platform for technical exchanges by experts from all over the world on the advancements in semiconductor research, development, and manufacturing

In response to global concern and travel restrictions around COVID-19, 2022 VLSI-TSA and VLSI-DAT symposia will be held in hybrid format:

(1) From April 18th to April 21st, 2022, the in-person symposium will be held at the Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu,Taiwan (for local attendees). Besides, the event will livestream all the Joint Sessions, which will be open to both in-person and online attendees. *Live sessions include 3 joint plenary sessions, 2 joint special sessions and 1 luncheon talk.

(2) From April 25th to May 24th, 2022, the virtual symposium provides on-demand video presentations on the 2022 VLSI-TSA website (for overseas and local attendees).

In 2022, the hybrid VLSI-TSA also features a Virtual Networking Platform with live sessions, creating valuable networking experience. For local attendees, we are looking forward to seeing you at the in-person event in Hsinchu. For overseas attendees who cannot travel to Taiwan due to COVID-19 concerns, please don’t miss the month-long "Virtual Symposium" that provides more than 150 contributed presentations on-demand 24/7. Both local and overseas attendees can access to the on-demand content after the in-person meeting.

VLSI-TSA (Technology, Systems and Applications), conjoined with International Symposium on VLSI Design, Automation and Test (VLSI-DAT), has been the premier event on VLSI in Taiwan and a leading technology conference in the world for over 30 years. Delegates registered for either 2022 VLSI-TSA or 2022 VLSI-DAT will be able to attend the program of both symposia.

Join us at 2022 VLSI-TSA technical programs as well as experience historic Hsinchu city, in which the technical and cultural atmosphere have been harmoniously connected.

Hsinchu City: The well-known Taiwan’s Silicon Valley is based with clusters of world-class high Tech. IC manufacturing and design. It is one-hour driving distance from Taipei, 40 minutes from the airport. Industry attendees may take this opportunity to visit Science Park business unit and academia attendees may visit major universities/institutes of Taiwan, either in Hsinchu, or down to the south by the high speed train within one hour. Join us at 2022 VLSI-TSA technical programs as well as experience historic Hsinchu city, in which the technical and cultural atmosphere have been harmoniously connected.
