Guideline for Paper Submission

All authors are required to upload their paper to the on-line paper submission system. Please prepare your paper in PDF format.

The deadline for submission of the paper is May 16 (Fri.), 2025.

Notification of acceptance of the paper will be sent via an E-mail to the author by May 29 (Tur.), 2025.

The submitted paper will either be accepted or rejected based on technical merits evaluated by peer reviewers.

The accepted paper might be reassigned to an oral or poster presentations of appropriate topical session at the discretion of program committee.

Please be informed that the presenter of each accepted papers must complete his/her registration and pay the registration fee by August 1 (Fri.), 2025(Early-registration Deadline); otherwise the papers will be withdrawn from the proceedings publication.

 

Note of Submission

 

  • Two-page manuscript should be prepared as the template, must be converted to PDF format and submitted electronically through 3DSA2025 on-line submission system.
  • All manuscripts will be refereed and the accepted papers will be noticed.
  • The accepted papers should be presented in an oral or a poster session, and will be published in the conference proceeding.
  • The manuscript must include paper title, author name(s), affiliation(s), contact email address(s), abstract (<100 words), contents (describing what is new, with figures, tables and equations, etc.), conclusion, references.
  • In addition, the authors need to fill out the table on the last page of the template. The table must be included as the third page of the paper and will be removed after peer reviewed.
