The online paper rating system will be open from December 10, 2025, 10:00 to January 9, 2026, 23:59 (Taipei Time, GMT+8). Your personal ID and authorization code were sent to you on December 9, 2025. Please find below the guidelines for the review process.
Rating Guideline
Step 1:
Click "Paper Rating" icon on the top right hand side of the this page.
Step 2:
Enter your ID and Authorization code.
Step 3:
Start to rate the papers with reference to the rating criteria sent to you.
Step 4:
Click the icon
and 
to complete the paper rating. Note: Please complete the paper rating and send the result no later than January 9, 2026 23:59 (Taipei time, GMT+8).
Offline Review
The rating process can also be completed offline.
Step 1: Please export the rating table by clicking the icon to save the rating table.
Step 2: Please click the import rating icon to upload your paper rating result.
Note:
1) If the paper is not written in your professional field, please simply leave the "Rating"column blank.
2) The rating table must be saved as Excel 97-2003 Workbook (*.xls).
Essential Review Requirement
To ensure fairness and quality in the review process, we highly prefer each submitted paper to receive 3 or more (3+) reviews. We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring this minimum review count is met for all papers.
